I couldn't find any instructions. Maybe try the Yahoo support staff page?

We could try and club together and get them removed from the Internet!
That would improve it by a very considerable amount!
(You can click on the Union jack at the bottom, but it doesn't seem to make much difference; possibly because yahoo regards the rest of the world as an extra state of the USA).

It Looks like the open questions go to both sites just state at the question "uk answers please" and explain sorry usa but your finance is different from uk's
I get confused to when you are answering a question you don't know where the person is from .(uk)

Well, you cannot "Block" questions, but you can use another Yahoo Answers language to ask your's in the future.They are right at the bottom of the screen with flags in pretty colors.

I could ask the same question about other countries too. If you want an answer specific to your area make sure you put it in your question. Otherwise people will just give you information from their area not just the US.
