What do they sell? Honestly, I have not been inside a Sears store since 1982 when my mom made me go, and I remember even back then that it was incredibly, excruciatingly boring.

Just a department store that's big on tools and appliances. They are the only store that sells craftsman tools!

that is so funny, I thought the same thing and then one day when I was at the mall with my friend, she dragged me in there. To my surprise, they actually had alot of cute clothes, shoes, makeup...they had the same pair of boots that I had just spent $20 more on in another store. Their prices are good and they have a nice selection of, well, just about everything. I even found that I can buy the paint I'm using on my apartment for less $$ there too. Check it out sometime, I think it's different from the sears our moms dragged us into as kids :)

Excruciating is the word! I have a copy of the 1919 Sears catalog. I see why they used these for T.P. back in the outhouse days!

Just about anything you could ask for from weights to lawn mowers. They have some of the best tools made with a good life time warrantied

It is a man store! The women's section is not hot so no real women shop there. The only reason men shop there is TOOLS, and if you need appliances. No need for you to return! Leave it for us guys!

Very nice handtools and powertools. The former are guaranteed for life. If you break a wrench 50 years from now, you can bring it back for a new one, without a receipt.

Guys like Sears for all the tool stuff......But i haven't met any women that like to shop there unless they are buying tools for their man or something........

You really need to go and see all the good stuff they have now. I shop there all the time. I love it. They have mens and women's clothes, tools, bedding, kitchen stuff,shoes, jewelry, make-up, appliance's, TVs, movies, music.etc. Go look. What have you got to loose?
