because thats where they dump the bodies...in the garbage trucks and dumps...lol...I dont know the real answer but that sounds logical.

they still have a few garbage routes, but mainly they got in the business because it was a good money maker. They would take over routes and basically extort money from business owners. Pay or we won't pick up your trash. After awhile the trash starts stinking worse than a rotting body and the business owners had no choice but to pay. Also, they could get rid of bodies that way. I can't remember the guy's name who came up with the racket, but I want to say he was with the Gambinos and then he was later iced.

I never heard that, cement business maybe and restaurants, and of course drugs, bookies, whores

They do that because the cops would not normally think the garbadge company would commit crimes.
