In a few years, my husband and I would like to start looking for a home. My credit is okay..His is probably pretty good. I'd like to find something with low interest rates, and something that wouldn't require high closing costs but still have a decent monthly payment. We live in the Central, IL area. So any services geared towards that directions would be great. Thanks :)

I don't mean like a live-in housekeeper, just someone who comes over and cooks, cleans and/or goes shopping a couple times a week.

I really want to get a job in California and I want to know would I get hired faster there than I would in Chicago say if I apply for jobs in California in the fall? I realize that in Illinois/Chicago, the taxes are extremely high, and I wanted to know are taxes in California cheaper and lesser than Chicago/Illinois or are they equal. I understand that in Indiana, taxes are cheaper there and Vegas you don't have to pay any taxes. I really want to work in California and would like to know would I get hired and get a job faster than in Chicago? I am looking at working in Los Angeles because they have beautiful weather all year long as well as Chicago, where it gets extremely cold. Would I get the job faster than in Chicago since it is where I'm from and I really don't like Chicago at all and would like to move someplace warm where I don't have to wear a winter coat all the time. I would love to work in Los Angeles CA, and want to know, would I be able to find a job there?

We are a 2 person start-up company. We have purchased a company with 10 years history, very good credit rating, and at zero employees, in NorthEast USA. Since we are tight on budget and are working as full time consultants ourselves, we are unable to market and expand the company. We were wondering if there are any websites/resources (besides posting an Ad on a jobs website) which we can explore to communicate to potential IT services marketing personnel in the NorthEast USA, to see if we can work on a commission-only basis initially. Once we start serving 2-3 clients and place a few consultants, we can afford to switch to a salary + commission option. This can be a great option for a marketing person who has contacts in the market but would like to work from home or work flex-time.
Thank You!

I live in CA. and I'm a single parent tired of getting my rent raised every year. I need some stability in my life and don't want to worry about my sons future. I heard that there are places that sale home or condos after repo and cost less than they are worth.
Can anyone answer this. I really need to know ASAP.
My rent was raised again & can not afford to stay.

I've heard conflicting things. I've heard that they don't have any legal authority and can't collect a cent unless you voluntairly pay. I've also heard they can sue you. What happens if/after you send the cease communication letter? Can they still go after you.

I have an interview tomorrow for a teaching course. They are going to ask me to talk about my personal strengths and suitability for teaching. I`ve got the patience, want to add to my knowledge as well as that of my pupils, want to help tomorrows adults on the academic pathway answers all lined up, but I would like some really different answers that will help me stand out from the crowd. Any ideas anyone?

I just want to know what kind of "businesses" do these "companies" sign you up for? What exactly do these people on the commercials do for a living? I am just curious, because the commercials don't say what the people do to make $100,000 in a month by working 2 days a week, or whatever they advertise. (I would never participate in anything that is too good to be true. I know that get rich quick schemes are opportunities to lose your money.)
