Jay was a financial investment analyst with Merrill Lynch (or one of these big financial investment companies) and he quit his high paying job to do ebay full time.

I'm sure there are. I know there are people making 6 & 7 figures online as affiliate marketers, writing and selling ebooks and tons of other things.
I found this site and they offer several ebooks on making money and I know for a fact that the ones I have work.
