If the job requirement is "No previous experience required, training will be given." How should I fill the form? Should I just tell the truth or should I somehow write something when I really don't have any previous working experience to offer?

I was fired from a job after being there barely 2 months. I still kick myself in my @ss for having left my secure stable job at a large company and going for more money in a unknown small company. The people in the other company were total jerks and I believe racists as well. Extremely hostile work atmosphere and they terminated me as a scapegoat for their own fallacies. I mean I wasnt even given a warning. I believe I performed to the best of my abilities.

Anyways is it OK if I leave the job entirely off my resume? Can prospective employers find out through their background checks? I mean I will have a tough time tring to defend myself and explain the situation. And I am sure those b@sturds at my last company may try and malign me as well.

My sister lives about 45 minutes away from me. She is new to real estate, and wants us to list our house with her. She's giving us a discount on her commission. She's very insulted that we aren't listing with her. There are 3 problems: One, she does not know our area very well, and isn't even in the same MLS system that our area primarily uses. Two, we weren't planning on using a realtor in the first place. We wanted to sell it by owner. Three, it will cost us about $3500 more to list with her than if we were doing it ourselves. Should we list with her anyway so there is not any family friction?

Hello, my fiance and i are trying to open a regular savings account together to save for our wedding but there is one problem, he and has family were told that his father's life insurance agency would add the value of the account to their total and that the rate for the life insurance would go up. I think this is all wrong because it's not like he is getting another source of income, he is just putting his money aside in another account. To me this also means that he couldn't open a credit card account or anything because if that was true, those accounts would interfere as well. He has been able to open several credit card accounts without a problem. Please tell me i'm right. Could opening a joint savings account with me affect the rate of his father's life insurance?

I recently applied a home-typist work on line( internet) I've paid the person but I found out the training material was not what I expected I felt cheated. I thought I have to do typing work and submit somewhere but it was something like this ( I have to readvertise on any classified ad. so that someone will interested to do this home-typist work then bank in some money as is call (training material fees) then I will earn back what i've paid for) I feel like me too will learn how to cheat people.

I need a better way to expand on my answer. My boss wasn't willing to change his ways and I couldn't do an efficient job that way. He was always expecting the impossible and refused to take any responsibility for his actions. I need a way of saying this that sounds better.
