If the job requirement is "No previous experience required, training will be given." How should I fill the form? Should I just tell the truth or should I somehow write something when I really don't have any previous working experience to offer?

Honesty is always best when you're applying for a job; you never know how deep a background check they're going to do, and if you get caught in a lie, you'll never work for that company. So just put "none" on the Previous Experience line, but feel free to add any volunteer work you may have done in the past, even if it also got you school credit. From the job description it does not sound like they expect you to have any experience anyway.

Tell the truth. In most cases a listed previous employer will be contacted for a reference. In almost all companies, lying on a job application is grounds for dismissal. You can and should emphasis volunteer work or clubs you are affiliated with and relate how this experience will help you with this job. Good luck.

If they don't expect experience, they'll expect enthusiasm so carry that across through the interview. As for the form, just leave it as N/A, unless you can drum up some summer experiences that you had, maybe internships or whatever else. It's probably an entry-level job anyway, so don't worry too much about it.
