I'm a freshly graduating College with a Communications degree. I have browsed through the databases of various job-searching websites, and have browsed throuth a couple of newspaper advertisements as well. What other methods are also efficient? Going out to companies directly, and asking them if they have any current job openings available? Or asking for people, friends, family members for help? This I have already done as well. What other strategies can you suggest me?

I have a second home in Arizona. On the tittle it states my name and my mom's name on the tittle. We would like to add my dad to the tittle too.. I live in California so does this mean I have to go to Arizona to add my dad's name to the property? How do I go about doing this?

I've made a directory site for the city that I live in. May I list for example car dealerships, real esate agents etc. without their permission directly? Need to fill in some empty space... Or is it somewhat unethical?

I have this business plan, ambition and passion to create this business that specializes in investing clients funds and then giving them relatively high returns on a daily/weekly/monthly basis depending on what "program" they invested in. It is similar to a HYIP but this will be actually based on Forex trading. I lost A lot of money to SCAMMERS out there and i believe everything happens for a reason. It took me 18 years to find out my passion but i know what i want to do with my life. So i'm asking for your thoughts and if it is possible, and if so, what is the profits scale depending on amout invested by the public?

If you want a copy of the business plan, or a little biography (12 pages) about my history, dreams, and current situation, please feel free to email me, and upon request, i will give you a copy.

Anything you could respond with will be highly appriciated.

Three of us in the office and I'm the boss. I reckon the atmosphere is too serious - partly my fault but not totally - and want to make it more relaxed. Any ideas? No theme days or other cheese, please!

I have overdrafts, loans and credit cards and I have missed many payments on all of them and am overlimit on my overdraft and credit card. Apart from making payments on time how can I get a better credit rating? Will it only get better once I don't owe anything or if I begin to make regular payments on time will that improve it? How long does it take for it to begin to improve? I'm in the UK so need info for here please. Thank you!
