How do I go about adding my dad to the tittle of my home?

I have a second home in Arizona. On the tittle it states my name and my mom's name on the tittle. We would like to add my dad to the tittle too.. I live in California so does this mean I have to go to Arizona to add my dad's name to the property? How do I go about doing this?

You should be able to quit-claim him on. Find a title or escrow company in Arizona. They will have to overnight the papers to him in California, where he will have to sign it and have it notarized with a notary (most banks have notaries). He sends it back to you and the title company records it.
