I would have to say no at this point. My boss was not only an idiot, but lacked communication skills. I complained to her that I was being discriminated against for my race, and instead of handling the situation, She and the person I complained about began to target me and write me up for any little thing. In the end I got fired. I know I can fight it but who has the time. Now i'm applying for new jobs and I can only imagine what my ex boss is going to say.. Be weary..

Become the boss there or somewhere else. So you can do a better job. And learn how to be a better idiot.

Everyone thinks their boss is an idiot. Even if he or she is truly and idiot, it cannot help or hinder your career (only you can do that)

if you really like the job, then stay with him.
if you hate it then work while you look for another job
