im looking for some advise on cleansing/moisturising products. ive always used cleansers for teenage skin but ive just turned 20 and have realise that my skin has changed and i need to change my products. i am considering using the clinique 3 step system but will consider any recomedations given. i dont mind spending quite a bit. thanx

i am 30 yrs old and i have pimples on my face all the time
i look much older than i was looking last year.
besides i have a very greasy skin and wash it with soap everyday which suffers my skin.
I've got some minor creases on my face.
what sort of creams should i use and what kind of nourishment regime should i follow. i do smoke.

I eat one peice of fruit, a glass of fruit juice and a large spoonful of low fat yogurt everyday. Do you think that is too much.
Last year I gained 30lbs by eating too much. Now I need to lose it .

i have just started stretching my ears..
at the moment there 3mm..
& im planning on going to 6mm..
am i allowed to go straight to 6mm, or will that damage my ears??

I am a medium dark-skinned Black woman and every summer, if I don't apply layers of sunscreen, I get a sunburn. All of my friends and family thinks that it's funny, or I'm just weird, but it's quite a nuisance. I also get heat rashes if it's too hot out, weather the sun's shining or not. Is it normal for a Black person to get sunburn, and what's the best remedy to relieve it immediately.

stretchmarks on the butt. an affordable way on how to get rid of them or at least reduce its visibility.

plus, i have this problem where this particular area of my body just bulge out when i wear jeans.

its the area at the back above my butt. I have a flat tummy and all but that part( i dunno the hips?) just bulges out..its wayyyy to fat!!!

Whenever I try on a ring of another person whom is the same height and roughly same weight, it never fits me and makes me feel so ugly, at work I asked to try on a ring of a friend (his ring on his second last finger on his left hand) at work who is the same size(height/weight) as me. I tried the ring on the same finger as his and it did not go in. My finger actually looks more narrow and longer but woulgn't even fit. Then I asked another guy of same size as me and same finger and still wouldn't fit...how big is my fingers!!!??? they surely don't look that big, what can I do, is surgery possible?
