Chest would be the measurement under your boobs. Going all the way around.

Breast... as in cup size

Bust would be the largest part of your chest including your breasts

People use them synonymously, but there are differences, I believe.

Your chest is the flat part of your upper body...the area with no fat. Your breats are the two fat deposits on your chest. Or to make it easier...your breasts have nipples. And the bust is the width around your breasts or the fullness to measure your cup size.

Chest is your whole front of thorax, lungs heart ribs and all. Breast is your mammaries - maybe you call them boobs?!
Bust is the circumference of your chest/thorax, everything between your shoulders down to around above waistline. Different from chest mainly in that it includes your back, spine. Bust measurement is all the way around at nipple line.

chest is normally used for male creature,breast for female, bust is used when breast are larger than normal figure.
