I don't think you should use it daily!
It's a quick fix for someone with a large zit - (puss)
that helps clean out the bacteria and dry it out. I would never suggest it daily - but in a "Help" situation.
I seriously think you need to find a regime and stick to it.
Twice a day. Am/PM try a few things like pure and natural soaps (Ivory) and then an acne cream or "pad" and a day cream - and night cream.
To really help get this started heat a wet/clean wash cloth (hotter in micro) and apply to face repeat.
Wash with soap and apply pad or cream. To bad areas.
Try exfoliating twice a week and mask once a week for cell turn over -

I was watching the Tyra show one day, they talked about popping zits and applying peroxide after. It's good for clearing away surface germs, but not for going into the poors, cleaning them out and keeping them clear.
So no, it doesn't really work...only on the surface it does. I've tried it many times, all it did was make the skin a little dry and that's about it.

no ..its bad to directly place chemical on ure skin , unless its specifically for ure skin , as some of the chemical is too concentrated n may even burn or hurt ure skin !! ..
anyway i believe that the chemical to treat zits is benzoyl peroxide , which is a dehydrating agent but its poisonous individually .....so its best to stick to cream n such thats specifically for zit treatment ! its better to be cautious than sorry !

I used to have horible skin - I tried the peroxide myth also. It did nothing but dry the crap out of my skin. Stop using it and go to a doctor if your skin is really bad. I started taking the pill and it cleared my skin up completely.

No honey that's bleach. You want BENZOYL peroxide which you can get over the counter as a pharmacy or from your Doctor.
