Have you seen anyone in a white coat yet? If not, I'd advise you do so!

Do not skip gauges. It can cause irreversible damage to your ears and even if it doesn't seem like its that much of a difference, it is to your ears.

3.2mm is about an 8g, so the next you should go to will be a 6g which is roughly 4.115mm

Check http://wiki.bmezine.com/index.php/Gauge to make sure you aren't skipping gauges/sizes. If you aren't sure on what size is next, have professional piercer help you with your stretches

do NOT skip guages. ever.

3mm to 6mm is WAY too big of a jump. if you're going to stretch, do it right. stretch one size at a time and way at least 4 weeks between stretches. seeing that you're at 3mm, i would wait more like 6 weeks. you don't want to tear or give yourself any blowouts.

You should never skip sizes. Doing so can lead to tearing of your ears or uneven holes. You should also wait about a month between sizes. When in doubt, go to a piercer. They can tell if you're moving too fast.

wow that is NASTAY. one it smells, two it looks trashy and cheep, three your ears will be wabbling at your sides for the rest of your life. imagine 95 years old with ur ears at ur neck. yuck and you asked about damage. that is what streching is. It damages your ears by making holes that ARENT SUPPOSE TO BE THERE. i suggest that you stop now before your ears get so gross that no one wants to be your friend
