I can pretty much guarantee that hair product is the source of the problem. You might want to try and change your shampoo and conditioner, or even though it’s a bit awkward try washing your hair over the sink for a while and see if the problem settles down. Also be weary of overloading your locks with styling product, because if your hair is touching the skin on your shoulders and back it may be causing breakouts. And tie your hair back at night for the same reason.
If you work out or play sport while wearing snug garments the trapped perspiration can sometimes be the culprit. Try switching to a loose cotton top.
If you use an electric blanket, I’d also give that a rest for a while. As for getting rid of the pimples that you’ve already got, keep a bottle of Clearasil Daily Oil Control Body Wash, in the shower to wash your back with. It might seem like a good idea to use a grainy scrub on the area, but this will just spread the bacteria. Also use a pimple clearing gel such as Clean & Clear Active Clear Speed Clearing Gel, on your back just as you would on your face to speed the healing. Clinique has a convenient Anti-Blemish Solutions Body Treatment Spray, , which you also may find helpful.

As the skin on the back is thicker and stronger than the facial skin, the normal facial skin care methods will not be effective. You need stronger skin care methods to treat back acne. Combining two or more treatments of facial acne is the most effective way to treat back acne. Clean the skin with a gentle exfoliant. Then apply alpha hydroxy lotion and let it dry. Then apply any acne medication containing benzoyl peroxide liberally. As benzoyl peroxide is a good bleach, take care of your clothes or bed sheets when undergoing this treatment.
Alternatively, if you are suffering from severe acne that cannot be remedied by the normal acne treatment, use Accutane. But remember that this medication has many severe side effects. So weigh the pros and cons of this treatment. Talk to your doctor before using Accutane and ask for other safer prescription drugs.

Okay, I have that same problem too. I use neutrogena body wash, or a bar of soap and start scrubbing like mad. Usually I prefer neutrogena though because it helps prevent more from breaking out. Try to clean that area everyday because if you don't more can pop up/

Sometimes when you use conditioner on your hair and you rinse your hair it'll stick to your skin. And since most of them have wax as and ingredient it won't just rinse of. I would recommend a body scrub like Neutrogena to was your back after you rinse your hair. Also if you wear tight shirts it could be something too. Try to wear as much cotton as possible!

If you put conditioner in your hair, don't rinse it off and let it run down your back...go to the side or something. Sometimes the oil in the conditioner is a cause.
