one should not compare between two genders.
both has their important role in life,
both are incomplete without another.
only hard material can take load of soft material.
(like building structures)
The branches are hard and flowers are soft.

The teeth are hard and toung is soft.
if u will see around u will find the same way.
so, it is the necessity of life that one should have hard bodyparts and other should have soft parts.
By the way men and women both have many hard parts and soft parts too (equally) Like bones, spine, brain AND heart.
