What do you eat on your other meals?
You have to look after ALL meals, not only the breakfast. Look for a nutritionist or for medical directions. If you want to lose weight, you also will HAVE to go gym, and hard, in order to lose fat and get healthy.
And have no illusions. It will take time, and if your metabolism is low speed, you'll always have to look after what you eat carefully
Do NOT stop eating. Eat well, enough and healthy. If you eat too little during the whole day, the time when you get to go for a real meal you'll be so hungry that it's likely you're gonna eat too much.

No, it is definetly not too much. It is actually too less! An average person should be eating 3 full meals a day, as well as the 2000 calories for woman and 2050-3000 for a man. By you only eating that amount that you said, your body will not be taking in any energy, calcium or protein which are just some of the most compulsory parts of a healthy balanced diet. You should make an appointment to see a dietician who will have more information on how to make your diet healthier.
Whenever you think you are gaining weight, all you need to do is just cut out some of the sweets, choc etc. Remember, you always deserve a treat so i don't mean altogether! Good luck!

your not eating enough. you have to eat your daily food and say you have something to eat that has a little more calories than you want. so all you have to do is exercises. its better to eat healthy and take it off by eating right nd exercising. its way better. and you'll feel better too. its also a good way to keep track on what your eating, because your body needs calories to run on. So have like pizza or a hamburger or something once a month. So you won't have to starve with yogurt that's low fat and a glass of fruit juice etc. Good Luck!

You must eat more, this is clearly not healthy for you. Try a more balance diet if you need to.
Add some more fruit at least 5 pieces
Vegetables-plenty
Jacket potato-add a filling without mayo and high calorie dressings
Yogurt is good-plenty of calcium
Drink plenty of water-don't dehydrate
Fish-omega 3's &6's twice a week
Meat 2 or 3 times a week
You will still lose weight!

here is some simple advise on this subject; the weight that you put on last year will take some hard work to get off; but in order to do that your definitely going to have to work out with a good running program, i;m sure your already doing this but just in case don't be afraid of lifting some weights to build some lean muscle, lighter weights with more reps for definition; but if your not eating the right foods, you will not have the energy to do this effectively. So you should try to speed up your metabolism by eating 5 or 6 smaller portion meals made up of protein, vegtables and other good fats. On what your eating right now, i think that your body is telling itself that your going into starving mode and it slows down the metabolism. You have to make sure that you go about your weight loss in a healthy manner, and that your getting enough nutrients in your diet. Hope this helps

Your body will think it is starving and start storing everything you put in it. If you continue like you are you will always be on a weight roller coaster. Go to a nutritionist, have a balanced diet made for you, it is worth every penny. Incorporate exercises if you like. You will loose faster that way. I promise. Don't stop eating!
Try 1stpersonaldiet.com.
IT WORKS!
I did it!
You lose fat really fast, but the diet is base on your chemical make up and body, it is made to make your body the size it should be. Not bigger or smaller. It wont leave loose skin because it rebalances your entire system. Unlike unheathly methods like surgery or starvation. and you loose 6 - 10 lbs a week.
You must follow it exactly until you meet your weight. Then it is back to normal life. Its good for a lifetime, if you finish it.

the answer to weight loss isnt to starve yourself of what ur body needs everyday.
You need to drink about 6-8 glasses of water everyday. eat a balanced breakfast of cereal and a glass of fruit juice, then have a mid morning snack of an apple and then have a light lunch and dinner. the more your body goes hungry the more weight you can put on when you do eat anything. your body will use the little bit what you are eating everyday and immediately store it as fat!
my advice 2 u is eat healthily

oh dear. I am sorry, but it sounds like the start of anorexia. You have to slowly increase your food intake. It is better to be fat then too skinny. Even if youdon't look skinny, your insides can be damaged from eating too little. Also, you should see a doctor. I am no doctor nor a professional, but I am a teenager, so I should know about looks and social life. Also, you should eat a more variety of food. Although fruit is good for y ou, too much fruit, or only eating fruit can be harmful, as they are acidic. Now please know that I am not criticizing nor lecturing you, but too many people are falling into the slippery hole of eating dissorders, that is hard to get out of. Also, eating too little is harmful because then your body starts eating away at your insides looking for calories to burn. You but calories while sleeping, sitting, standing, LIVING! all b/c of gravity. i know my answer is long, so if your still reading, good. Now go take a break and have a slice of toast..... you back now? okay... as i was saying please, know the dangers or anorexia, or lack of calories. I'm not calling you anorexic, just that [to be straight up] you're on the verge of it. So please PLEASE PLLLEEEAASSE: record your meals and exercize paterns for 5-7 days, then show a profesional nutritionist or regular doctor. If you need to loose weight, it is not how much you eat, but what you eat. Also, even if you are overweight you can still be anorexic or buleumic. And no, your body cannot feed off of your fat, it feeds off of your stomach, which can result to health problems. Even if you dont feel hungry, this is still going on. SO, my advise to you is just to record your meals and show someone [doctor or nutitioniest].
GOOD LUCK!!!

you are making some good choices, but if that is all you eat every day it is not enough. breakfast is a very important meal, so try eating your fruit and yogurt with a piece of toast for breakfast. And pick healthy food choices like fresh fruit and vegetables for the rest of the day. drink lots of water. the body needs a certain amount of calories. If you neglect your body by not giving it enough nutrients, then you skin, nails hair , and not to mention other parts of your body are not going to work properly. Talk to your doc about healthy eating habits, and your concerns about your weight. I use the website listed below for guidelines and tips on healthy eating.

You should stop obssessing on food and do a bit of exercise. You will just gain more when you go back to normal eating pattern.
The only weight that will stay off permanently is that lost by a complete lifestyle.
Sitting at home, flicking through mags, eating nothing and vomiting for a few months is just going to ruin your health and send your metabolism all over the place.
Poor diet choices is your problem. See a doctor.....
