DO NOT USE SOAP ON YOUR FACE!!!!!!!!!!!

It's the worst thing that you can do!

Next, stop smoking. Anyone who smokes will mess up their skin.

Take Vitamin B Complex and Vitamin E supplements each day. These vitamins are very good for the skin.

Drink at least 2 litres of water a day. This is the best thing you can do. You will notice the difference in half-an-hour.

You need to cleanse your face EVERY SINGLE MORNING AND NIGHT. A good wash is essential in the morning because you then start with a clean slate. Then you must use toner and moisturiser. If your skin is greasy use an oil-free moisturiser.
You should repeat these steps before bed. NEVER go to sleep with any make-up on. I exfoliate using St Ives every 2 days. It depends on the person, this may be too harsh. You need to experiment and see what works best.

Anytime that you leave the house you must use Sun Protection Factor. I would use at least 30, but it's up to you. Even if it's raining, still use it. Just because you can't see the sun does not mean that it's harmful rays are still not causing damage.

This is what you have to do in order to maintain healthy skin. What is important is that you must get into a routine. Don't think that because you don't notice immediate results that it isn't working. You have to keep in your routine, of drinking water and cleansing your face morning and night and take supplements otherwise it won't work. You will notice the difference in time.

If you want a quick fix for your pimples, I suggest going to the doctor and seeing if he will give you some anti-biotics. Having said this, it will take a month for them to work. Otherwise just go and buy some benzoyl peroxide over a chemist counter. This will only get rid of the pimples, but unless you carry on with a routine they will just come back. Prevention is better than cure.

I'm a firm believer in exfoliation. I use a microdermabrasion mitt twice a week, wash daily with Dove, following with pimple eraser stick (glycolic acid treatment Walgreens), alpha hydrox cream, and a light moisturizer (oil of olay for this season), I very rarely break out now and the alpha hydroxy acids in those two products reduce fine lines and keep your skin looking bright. My skin looks better at 34 than it did when I was 24 ( myspace.com/bunnyblum has close ups of my face)

I have been using Nutrimin C re9 by Arbonne. It's a whole regime and it's really changed my face. (I am 39 and have combo skin). I actually "glow" and the "lift" eye cream and serum is like an instant face lift. In the morning.

Whatever you settle on don't use products with mineral oil in them, it hardens your skin.

Find a great mask once a week, and exfoliate twice a week (not on the same day).

The best part of the products I am using is they are pure and natural -

Pharmagel:
It is based on anti-aging and balancing.

For any product:
Soap is bad. Don't over work your skin, it may take up to a month but find a balanced regime and stick to it. Your skin will produce more oil if you are to harsh on it. At first your skin may look worse for a week but will improve, if you don't over work it.
Use products as are instructed. If you put more it wont work better, or faster. The chemicals will overload your skin.

Well sometimes it's not what we are washing with that isn't working, its what we eat. Make sure u drink lots of water too, to help flush out the impurities. I use noxzema and aloepure products to wash my face. Aloepure also has a wide variety of moisturizers, toners, and stuff that works on me quite well, although it is a little expensive. I also get tips at www.seventeen.com.

Began by drinking plenty of water and using professional products like Mary Kay and Clinque helps a great deal also. Do you know your skin type? Consult with a skin care professional and most important vist a dermatologist.
