Put an ice bag for several hours than use face concealer or liquid powder to cover it up. But the thing is chemical stuff over wounded skin may caused irritation or further damage on your skin condition. Another way is you can go visit a dermatologist as they should now better what is good for the wound.

1. Just put on make up dear. Try to get a foundation cream or powder matching your face colour and apply it. Don't worry, it will be all right. If you are hopeless with make up, just go to a beauty parlour and explain your requisites and they will make you look much better.
2. If it is a wound I would suggest that you apply aloe vera gel on it to be healed completely even without a scar.
3. If it is a scar already just apply olive oil regularly (morning and night. If you need to go out during the day, apply at night).
Both the second and 3rd options will take a few days. The third longer.

Use Neosporin then use that Kid Scar Away thingy.
It will go away.
OR OR OR! Use foundation!
Go to the cosmetic aisle somewhere in your store and buy a foundation stick that matches your skin tone!
Once you buy it. Put the stuff on your finger. Then gentley tap it on the scar!
