Salt and sugar are hard to exfoliate with because it dissolves in water so easily.

Anything in regular products is basically polyethylene beads. All that face wash and body wash that's "exfoliating".. it is actually plastic.

Should use oatmeal or sandpaper.. the lightest finest you can buy. Or simply a loofah. Your skin isn't too hard to exfoliate. Our brains think we need to scrub the hell out of our skin to do any good which is not true.

I love any body wash with little beads in them, but my favorite exfoliant are dead sea salt scrubs. They have lots of minerals in them and also the smell is very relaxing.

I use L'Oreal's Skin Expertise Body Scrub (I think that's the name) which is the only one scrub that when mixed with water it gets foamy so it doesn't make my skin so dry afterwards. A loofah can make wonders too.

Hands down - Awaken sea salt scrub by arbonne.

It is amazing - and the citrus scent is wonderful, so clean.
I have horrible dry skin.

Don't use mineral oil based products they harden your skin!!
Not soften it.
