what is the difference b/w the pimples w/heads and the pimples w/out heads, but they hurt when you touch them?

I just started using a natural loofah to soften my skin. I know you should replace them every month, but how should I clean it between showers/baths? It's supposed to help remove dead skin, so I imagine theres a lot of stuff stuck in there that could promote bacteria.

they couldnt be with me. I didnt want this one to end the same way. Yeah I may seem selfish but we fell for each other so fast, I couldnt bring myself to tell her. We talk of spending the rest of our lives together and I just felt the other day was the time to tell her. She's very upset and will not talk to me.. I feel like complete crap and totally helpless. I wish I could make this go away. I have always been honest and forthright with her, so this is just making her second guess things. What do i do with myself? Where do u think we will end up? I am just wondering if you can use a self tanner after you've gone for a session of spray tanning to keep the depth of color that you acheived with the spray tan for longer than a week or so. It would be a lot less expensive than spray tanning every week!

I use an astringent now. It works great; sometimes too great. I always get a break out a few days after using it.

I usually get in-grown hairs in the bikini area when I remove hair. I use nair. Some of the in-grown hairs, once grown in left black marks. Does anyone have any resolutions?
