There are many options to temporarily get rid of the hair. You can wax, shave, laser removal, or use creams, but if you do any of the above make sure to use an after shave, (but specific to that sensitive area) type product. This will prevent pimples that my occur. I would recommend waxing. It may hurt but you are less likely to get ingrown hairs as you do with shaving. If you do get waxed make sure you go to a clean place.

I keep my bikini area trim just using a small pair of hair cutting scissors and a mirror. Some women like to be bare in that area but I don't. As long as no hair shows outside of your swimsuit bottoms, you're fine.

I never heard of a girl having back hair, but I would suggest the laser or some other form of permanent hair removal.

To make it not grow back again you could only get the hair laser removed.
