never use pliers on you especially for a tongu piercings! you could do some seriopus damdage is anythign were to happen to it...try using a pair of latex gloves to get a better grip on the jewelry if you still cant get it then take visit to your piercer and have them remove it for you .

If you cant get it undone at all you will have to cut one of the balls of the end with a pair of side cutters. You can get then any where they sell tools.
