"Pimples" are full of pus.
The pimples without pus or heads are called "Milia" . They are not pimples but are hardened sebum(oil). Do not squeeze pimples as this puts a lot of pressure on them and the sebum and pus spreads underneath the skin, creating infection.
You can gentle squeeze milia to see if anything comes out, if not leave it and try and remove it by following a skin care regime, using a non abrassive exfoliant twice a week and using a face mask once a week

Not sure of that. Acne or pimples is due to hormonal changes ,bad diet and unhealthy skin care habits .There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at the link provided.

not quite sure what you mean...... I get the latter a lot...... DON'T TRY POPPING THEM. They will eventually work out. Call me an idiot, but I still haven't taught myself that....... The latter (if I know what you mean) cannot be seen, so don't worry. w/heads-only pop if necessary, and clean carefully before and after.
