it's been happening to mefor 3 days! I have to wait alleast 30 minutes to fall asleep, than i wake up again after 2 hours!!!!!! than i wait 50 minutes to sleep than i get up in a few hours and i wake up 30 minutes too early. I try to fall asleep and i can only do it if i wait 20 minutes, after that i get up. than when i have to get up, i feel really sleepy.
I'm also starting to feel relly sleepy in class and i have almost fallin asleep several times.
how can i fall asleep better?
FYI i have an alarm clock and i have been looking at it whenever i get up and please dont say i cant sleep becuz of these reasons:
-I'm under alot of pressure(i am not! in fact...i think i'm under no pressure at all)
-Something is bothering me (NOTHING is bothering me, i am currently very content with my life)
