i was thinking about cutting my hair, should i? (i mean to shoulder/chin level. I usually get it cut to my chin every year and it grows back to 3-5 inches down my back in a year) thnx

one of you said I should "thin it out" a bit. I've always been told that I have thin hair from my parents. would layers be a good idea?

can't see your pic, it's says your site has had too many transfers. Best idea to tell what your best feature is, have a friend taker a pic of you straight on with no make up. What catches your eye first, what do you like best, play up those features. A pic often works better than a mirror.
Just got into your pic, you have great hair, I would play up your mouth, you have great lips. I would also suggest some brown/black mascara, and define brows. Use a light brown eye brow pencil, brush brows then use light feathery strokes up wards. Brush again to blend. You should not be able to see the pencil, just a slight darkening of the brow.
I love your hair, instead of cutting maybe get some loose layers. Thin it out a bit.

You are a very pretty girl the way you are. I don't think it is a good idea for you to be putting your picture and email address on this site (or any other site). You should be very careful on the internet. Always listen to your parents. They really do know what is best for you.
