Drink like 8 glasses of water during day and a bottle of beer with your dinner. Only dinner definitely not with lunch then you loose your job and there will be any toxin nor necessary to clear your body.

First of all, this is just my opinion. Secondly, ask a doctor!!! He/she might order some simple blood tests to determine how healthy you are...and what you should focus on.
Generally, provided you don't have an illness or other special needs, some things to clean your body of toxins would be:
-drink plenty of fluids and eliminate alcohol;
-stop smoking (if you do);
-eat about 5 servings of fruit/veggies per day;
-don't eat too much of anything..
-don't eat too much fatty stuff
-exercise
-reduce stress
Some people drink teas..juices...
If you're so seriosu about this, ask your doctor.

Your body is clearing the toxins itself by the wind. What you need to do now is to stop eating things causing the wind. My suggestions are:
1. Cut back on eating onions, garlic, cabbage and beans as these are the main culprits.
2. Eat your food slower, as many people find they "gulp" air as eating.
3. Eat more fibre - bran and cereal - to get your bowels moving quicker.
4. Exercise more, as this helps constipation.
5. Drink more water and less fizzy drinks and coffee.

Drink plenty of water at least 2-3 lts .Take fruits & salads.Drink
coconut water (Daab ka paani). There is a natural way to pass of
toxins i.e. drink 2 glasses of water then 1 cup warm water. Do
this twice daily.You will see result within a week.

Drink water and eat vegetables. They flush the toxins from your system, and vegetables promote glowing skin and will fend them off. :) I hope I helped.

Sweating is good... try going to the sauna, it removes toxins and livens your skin too! Excercise is better, and keep on hydrating yourself!
