Your diet won't affect your acne. People think it does but it doesn't. A recent scientific study showed that when people are upset or stressed, then eat junk food and greasy things. Then they break-out. Really it is the stress that is the cause, not the food. So don't change your diet because of your acne. If the weather is changing where you live, that can be a reason. One of the biggest reasons for break-outs is: Puberty! If you starting to go through puberty, or maybe you are already on you period, you can safely bet that its the reason for your break-outs. There are so many reasons that you could be getting acne, but what you need to focus on is getting it cleared up. Acne can be both physically and emotionally scarring. In today's world, the kids at school can be so cruel. If anyone is making fun of you, try your
hardest to ignore them. It's hard to do, but you need to try. Don't listen to them, because you are beautiful no matter what. When I got my first pimple, I started washing my face with the Mary Kay facial cleanser called Velocity. Go to MaryKay.com: Click on the Skin Care tab: click on cleansers: then you'll see the velocity facial cleanser. I've been using this cleanser for 6 years and i hasn't failed me yet. I haven't had any breakouts or surprise pimples in the morning. Something else that may help you is taking a look at your life. Is there anything in your life that is causing you to stress out? Try meditation to relax when life gets stressful. Email me if you have anymore skin care questions. Don't forget that you are beautiful. Good Luck!

How old are you? If you're a teenager, hormones can fluctuate easily but at the same time adults get acne too. Maybe you're stressed out? Could any products you use be irritating your skin? Think anything from hair gel to facewash to your fabric softener. Get products designed for adult acne and if they don't work go see a derm before you get scars.

Yeah, this happened to me too. I went to see my doctor (I had a sinus infection so I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone) and he prescribed some acne medication. I was also using Proactiv at the time. I stopped drinking carbonated beverages and started drinking a lot more water. My skin cleared up. If your doctor gives you prescription medication for your skin make sure you're using a light moisturizer because it may cause your skin to dry out and it might burn.

It's most likely because of stress. Try buying some new face wash like clean and clear or neutregena. Also try some new techniques to get rid of that stress.

Have you started using any new skin or make-up products recently? Maybe that's the cause?

usually if you start breaking out out of no where like that it's due to hormones. Just using an acne scrub and benzoyl peroxide. dont touch your skin without washed hands.
