I should not be complaining apparently [aside from the fact that I have a 16 year old son and people often think that he is my friend!]
But I am just interested in the process behind this. Will I all of a sudden start to look older once I reacher my forties. I just find it bizarre given that I smoke and eat unhealthily [but I'm slim] that I look younger than my age.
BTW this is not my subjective opinion. People mention it all the time. Weird.

In another question I was berated for asking that the government regulate (actually ban) the wearing of tank tops. I don't understand why anyone would in the first place, to be honest, because since when is bare flesh not offensive?

I have never had a problem with my face. Sometimes I would get little pimples, But I wouldn't stress over it; they would go away in a day or so. But suddenly when I turned a year older , I have gotten the worst acne and blackheads, And they have left THE WORST scars and amrks EVER. I feel so self consciousnow. I can't even look in a mirror without crying. PLEASE, anyone, help me with this problem. Send me Doctors (NJ or NY), Homemade treatments \ treatments, ANYTHING so I can feel beautiful and natural once again. I don't want to go hiding or wearing make-up all my life because of these marks and scars. =(

I usually take a 20-25 min. shower when I wash my hair (shampoo & condition) and shave my armpits and legs and wash my face. It just feels soooo good

So I'm going to be getting a tattoo and the significance of it to me is all tied up in the phrase "no regrets"...It's going to be on the side of my lower back, so not that visible. Even so though, I don't want just anyone to be able to read and understand it right away. This is why (and I'm a bilingual Canadian, so I'm fluent in french too) I want to translate it to french.

The thing is, it doesn't translate exactly as I'd like it...I want to use the word "aucun" to replace no, so I'd say "aucun regret", but that means "no regret" without an s....there's no right way to translate "no regrets" using the word "aucun". Anyways, when I read the phrase "aucun regrets", in my mind I automatically think "no regrets", but I know this is wrong. I still like it though.

So, here's the question: do you think it's ok to sacrifice proper grammer in a translation for meaning, or should grammar always be respected, espcially since a tattoo's permanent??

I recently (last tuesday) got a black a red ink tattoo on my right foot.Almost the entirety of the tattoo is peeling. Almost a full layed has come off. Is this normal? The color looks the same, except the red is noticeably lighter. and the skin is shiny. This is my second tattoo. My first is on my lower back and it did have few pieces come off, but it was on my back and I didn't notice it as much. Advice or experience please!

I used St. Ives apricot face scrub and had a major acne breakout and allergic reaction, so I stopped. However, I also used St. Ives wheat moisture body wash and saw red blotches on my arm. Evil!!
Can anyone recommend a body wash that wont destroy my skin, but smells nice at the same time?

Well you see, I like tattoos. And I don't plan on getting them because I'm a Christian (Says in Leviticus 19:28). How do i get rid of these desires of having a tattoo? And if I get one, God and my Whole family wouldn't like it. Can someone help me get rid of these thoughts?

i have had my ears pierced twice now. both times i bought cheap earings and had my ears pierced by Claire's, and both times just one of my ears swelled and turned red and puffy. it didn't really hurt, but it was warm. i am not sure if this is an alergic reaction or an infection, or is my body just not able to be pierced? i would really like to have pierced ears, so should i try a different piercing place? any suggestions?

Ok, I'm going to be goin' to the GYM....But I don't know how to eat, how many time to go to the GYM, What to go on,ect. I wash my face normally twice a day with a regular soap (Lever to be exact). It leaves my skin really smooth, but I don't use cleansers, toners and stuff like that. Are there any long-term side effects of using soap on your face? Like early wrinkles etc.

Its my second tattoo going on my upper bicep.
