it's when you have a piercing on the bottom part of your lip on both sides.

Snake bite piercing is the lip piercing that is a ring around the lip.
Please don't mutilate yourself that way . . .

Well, I guess it's lip piercing, according to the other answers. But what everyone has failed to mention is the fact that it would make kissing rather difficult, wouldn't it? I mean, I'd hate to kiss anyone with a ring through their lips, or below them. Yuck! Don't do it!

When your lip is pierced twice. Once on the left, once on the right. I don't recomment doing them both at the same sitting.
