Is it the amount of tattoo's they have, how big the tattoo's are or if there are a lot of tattoo's showing...when do you say someone is tatted up?

I am getting a tattoo of an eye with two simple wings on each side. The eye is going to be blue and I would like to do the wings (or the shading of the wings) in a different color. Any suggestions? I want them to look feminine and angelic..

My friend and i want to get tatoos that would go with each other. we came up with a couple already but we need more ideas. one idea is one side of a yin yang sign on each of us and the other is a key on one of us and lock on the other. any good ideas?

More questions re: tattoo's... surprise, surprise!?
I had a new tattoo Monday, overall I'm very, very happy with it. It's a large piece, and at the top the colour is predominantly a golden brown. It works, up close. The artist has done a great job, but when i see it reflected at a distance i can't help thinking it looks very blocky and needs to be broken up a bit. So (finally) i get to my question; Could an artist tattoo add brighter (preferably pink) ink over the brownish area (planning on a blossom type flower)? It'd work well with the design, I will go back to the shop soon to enquire, but until i get the time, i'm asking you guys. Thanks.

So, I got this a week ago and its horrible. And the only thing I hate worse than trendy tattoos are poorly done ones. I really hate how he colored it, so I'm getting it reworked as soon as its done peeling. So, how would you recommend the coloring be fixed. Ultimately, it'll come down to what my new artist and I decide, but I'd like to go to him with a few ideas.

ok so i am getting my 3rd tattoo...its a star with a banner around it and a short quote inder it in honor of my mother who passed away when i was 13 (im 21) the outline and the words are going to be black but i cant figure out what color would look good for the shading. i was thinking a dark pink/redish- orange for the shadowing and a lighter pinky-peach color for the inside...but do they even make those ink colors? my other ones have black, turquoise, magenta, purple and dark blue...no light colors..thanks guys!!

*and please spare negative comments and criticism about permenantly marking my body...if u dont like them then fine...dont get one!! for the record any sarcastic or negative comments will be deleted..thanks

Ok so hello I have been struggling with my nose for two-three years. I used to push/press the bridge (the top of the nose) because I would always say "OMG! my nose is so ugly and big, no one will ever like me" but I have kind of learned to like it. So now I don’t press my nose. sometimes I think ugh.... its so ugly. My sister tells me that its small its not big at all. sometimes I don’t believe her and sometimes I do. so my question is… because I pressed my nose so much could it be that I made the bump bigger? And how can I make it smaller with out make up or surgery.

I'm thinking of getting it on the small of my back (basically because when I get old and wrinkly I won't be able to see it!!) I don't mind if it's a nice looking fairy or an evil looking one! At first it was cute.. Now I just cant stand it anymore!!.. I am 30 and my skin is oily and I tend to get black heads and sometimes pimples. I have tried the noxzema treatments, neutrogena, proactive and other pimple/black head removal stuff. It kills one pimple/blackhead and the rest of its family comes to the funeral.. I drink more than plenty of water, I wash my face 2 times a day and dont eat greasy foods. What can I do to get rid of them period??
