I am looking to get a piece done on my upper back, in black, with some shading, no color, can anyone reccomend some good shops or artists?

In Phoenix, go to Naked Truth Tattoo. Ask for Tony, he does great Black and Grey work (Non-Color) as well as great color work.

look down in the scottsdale or gilbert area. i dont know any shops in particular, but im headed down on friday to get myself one. good luck with yours!
