My friend and i want to get tatoos that would go with each other. we came up with a couple already but we need more ideas. one idea is one side of a yin yang sign on each of us and the other is a key on one of us and lock on the other. any good ideas?

why not get something that reminds you of eachother? not something so generic. like if you both love ice cream... then get ice cream cones. or if you like one thing and she likes another then get what the other likes so you can always be reminded of her. it's a much more unique idea than the usual. good luck

Get half of something then if for some reason the friendship fails then you can go and get the other half, Also that way you aren't looking for something to cover it up. I like the Yin and Yang idea. again at a later time you can always get the other half.

How long have you know each other? If you're childhood friends maybe you both had a special moment or a fond memory every time you see an object. I have something similar with a friend with cows. It sounds silly, but it's a bonding thing with us.
Not that I would get a cow tat, but it might help with ideas.

the key and lock one sounds cool& lets see what else....
you guys could both have roses& then when you put your arms together it forms a bouquet
or
half of hearts
a sun and a moon
or a feather and a bird
or hmmm
you could each have half a locket
possibilities?

You should put Half of a heart to your side and half of a heart on her side lol
OR
You can have Half Heart With Half Wings and she can have the same thing and when you get it together its like a full heart
I have the full one lol it looks good tho

uumm... no tattoos sound reallly good because when u try to grt a good job they will say"loose the tatto and its yours or no job"
