hi, i want to get a tattoo on my inner wrist. this will be my first tattoo and was just wondering as the skin is thinner and will be getting the tatt just over main arteries and vains is there any extra "danger" or anything to take into account for getting this.
also do you think its advisable this being my first tatt? or should i get another tattoo elsewhere on my body first?

I have just recently overcome my struggle with anorexia, and I am now looking to get my first tattoo to symbolize overcoming Ana. So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas? I'm kinda thinking I want a word or saying...possibly in another language to symbolize overcoming the struggle.

I was writing a paper and the health effects are obvious, but are there any other effects, good or bad? Do you have higher self-confidence, are you getting less jobs because some tattoos cannot be covered, etc.? What does it feel like immediately after you get a tattoo?

I'm 40 with Swedish, sensitive skin. I'm concerned about aging.

I've been using a skin care system (Pure Simplicity) from Bath & Body works for years but they discontinued it. Now I have the sample pack for Patricia Wexler's daily skin care. I like it but it is rather expensive.
Any suggestions?

I'm almost 19 and have been shaving my pubic hair for years. It's a pain because it leaves red bumps and comes back within days. What do you do to keep that area neat and clean looking? I know there are bikini waxes but I'm far too shy to go through with that. Help!

i need a deoderant that gets rid of the wetness under my armpits cuz some deoderants i used fade away really fast nd as soon as i start running or theres hot or warm weather i start to sweat and its really gross. so could u let me know what deoderants are good and which ones u use? thanks!!

k so i put something a hot cloth on my pimple it did reduce now its dry do i put lotion or mostorizer or leave it as is and i have a question why did the heat reduce the pimple? and thank you so much for helping me i fill better

1)antibiotics 2)proactiv 3)retinol DOSNT WORK
i am on my 4th month of ACCUTANE and have seen ALMOST NO improvement at all. i had to be off of it for 9 days last week due to surgery and then get back on it after that my face is still breaking out.i dont know if this is normal and how long it takes accutane to start or finish clearing your face. but my derm said i am over the halfway point.

i dirnk 8 glasses of water a day
never wear any makeup

I recently lost my baby and my husband and I will be getting tattoos in memory of our lost little one. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or pictures that I could use. I have been thinking of a baby angel tattoo, but not something too cartoonish... Any ideas are welcome!

I just wanted to share a quick story with everyone.

First, I have a bunch of tattoos - my right arm (including the ditch and underside) is almost filled with a mish-mash of things, my left breast (from my areola to my shoulder) is one large Japanese carp fish, I have one tattoo on each shoulder, and just a couple days ago I added another to the back of my neck/middle shoulder area. I've had my tongue pierced and my nose pierced, and my hair has been many colors including hot pink.

All this to say, I'm an accountant, I'm human resources, and most shockingly, I'm a youth group leader & Sunday School teacher. I remember asking if I should wear long sleeves and they said "if people judge you for that, that's their problem." My church is Evangelical too, known to be quite conservative.

I showed my pastor my newest tattoo last night and he said "well if you're gonna get a tattoo, that's one to get."

It simply says: "DO NOT CONFORM, BE TRANSFORMED" Romans 12:2
