i dont want it to be big, it has to be to the point where the star will be covered and i know it has to be black because of the outline of the star but i dunno what other color or texture i can put it in, i want it to look cute and colorful

Im intrigued by the sacred heart symbol (generally a love heart with flames coming out the top), and would love to get it tattooed on my wrist/foot. I dont want it for religious reasons but worry that it may come across as that way? How would you view it?

I am looking for something I can put on my shoulder that symbolizes my 6 month old daughter. I like fantasy art, like fairies or mermaids. if anyone has any ideas please let me know. Her name is Iris, but I'm not really digging Iris flowers for tattoos, because they look so dull. They're much prettier as an actual plant sitting on my table.

I am totally fascinated with tattoos and REALLY want one... but
1) I am a little afraid of needles. is there any ways to make it less painful?
2) is the foot a painful place? where else would be good place?
3) will it look bad when I'm 80? I expect it to change a little but I figured a foot tattoo shouldn't stretch like a belly or back one...

I am thinking of getting one on the top of my foot so I can see it and b/c I wear flip flops a lot (if I'm going to pay a lot for it and go through the pain I want to see it ;] ) and I want a plumeria and a hawaiin honu (turtle) b/c I lived in Hawaii for 7 yrs and it's what I condsider "home" and each petal will stand for: family/friends, God/religion, Health, Love/happiness, and dreams & i have 5 members of my family excluding me :)
does it sound like I have a good idea of want I want to take to a shop?

I wake up in the morning and wash my face with warm water. About 2 hours later once I'm at school, my face turns oily and by the end of the day my face is covered in a layer of oil. What can I do to reduce the oil my face produces and at the same time ? P.S I use exfoliaters but my face goes all dry and itchy..

hi... My boyfriend of 1 1/2 years really wants to get a tattoo on his upper arm, but he hasn't so far because I really don't want him to. I understand why he wants it...he said he wants to show that he is unashamed to wear a symbol of his faith on his body...but I'm convinced there are other ways, more practical ways to do that. I don't think tattoos look bad on all people..but I really don't know if it would suit him. I also think, in many ways, he just wants one because a lot of people that he looks up to in his family have them...and I hate that it's so permanent. I don't want to look like the "bad guy" that I won't let him get a tattoo...and I wouldn't break up with him if he got one...but I'm really really against it. Does anyone have any reasons for or against getting tattoos...or any suggestions of how I could handle the situation? Thanks...

If I were to wax my arms would the hair grow back thinner, slower and shorter? I have some arm hair that is really thin and doesnt seem like its really deep in the skin, do you think those would stop growing?

I just statred using it for 3 days now and the next morning when i woke up my facve way oily.
Then i washed it and didnt seemed that oily its fine now, but is this normal to have oily skin waking up after using proactiv?
I dont think i have an allergic reaction becuase my face isnt red.
Anyone know why my face gets oily?

I moved to Okinawa Japan recently and since I have been here I have gotten these little bumps on the backs of my arms (pimbles maybe?) I'm not sure if its the humidity of the island or what but summer is approaching and I need to know how to get rid of them. The dermatologist isn't an option as I live on a military base and they don't have one here. Any help would be much appreciated

I went to the dermatologist and he prescribed Duac Topical gel, Differin adapalene gel and Minocycline (pills) I've been taking the pills and applying the gels for about two weeks now. I have certainly had some side effects like dry, peeling skin and very sensitive skin especialy around my eye lids. Has anyone else taken these and have they worked?

The artist did a good job, but I was thinking about going someplace else for a second tat (someone who specializes in what I want). I'd like an artist to answer this and give me an idea of how committed I should be to him for repeat business. I don't want him to be offended if I return to him for a third tat, and he sees the second that he didn't do.
