It is a medicine for anal inflammation mostly due to hemorrhoids.
I am sure there is something like it already there.

Yes, preparation H is a cream/gel to shrink those horrible hemorrhoids, and you can find them at your local drug stores. Some people use it on their face to reduce puffiness and to reduce wrinkles because they tighten the skin.
