I moved to Okinawa Japan recently and since I have been here I have gotten these little bumps on the backs of my arms (pimbles maybe?) I'm not sure if its the humidity of the island or what but summer is approaching and I need to know how to get rid of them. The dermatologist isn't an option as I live on a military base and they don't have one here. Any help would be much appreciated

I saw a doctor about this. It's caused by dry skin. Use a moisturizer like Eucerin or Nivea in the tub container. They are richer that the bottled ones.

You need to take a multivitamin. Those little bumps are a sign of a vitamin deficiency. You can help the appearance of them by exfoliating, but in the long term you need vitamins to really cure the problem.

If they have it there, wash your arms with a Cetaphil bar soap. Then apply Eucerin lotion. I had the same problem and those two products did the trick.
