People say that tampons take only a few tries to get adjusted to them, but do they mean DAYS or just times during a day? I am SO confused about this! It is going to be my first time putting them in.

i have a darkish blue birthmark on my arm. people often poke me thinking its a bruise its annoying and round and ugly. how do i cover it ?! make-up and foundation doesnt work because i often wear short tshirts for volleyball practice and it shoes. it looks funny and really tarded. please help !
