i have a darkish blue birthmark on my arm. people often poke me thinking its a bruise its annoying and round and ugly. how do i cover it ?! make-up and foundation doesnt work because i often wear short tshirts for volleyball practice and it shoes. it looks funny and really tarded. please help !

Your birthmark is what makes you unique and beautiful. Don't cover it up. Everyone has flaws, and more people than you think have birthmarks they hide too. Don't be silly like them. Just be comfortable with yourself, nobody is going to care that you have a mark on your arm. Or if they do, then I really feel sorry for them if they're so obsessed with a stupid birthmark when there's a whole person behind it. Good luck to you. Don't cover it up. Wear your short tshirts and everything else, and BE PROUD. You're UNIQUE and BEAUTIFUL.

if I were you, I'd try to get over the embarrassment. There are always things on our own bodies that seem 100x worse to us than other people. This is not meant to sound rude, it's just that I had a similar thing I was self concious about and it takes time, believe me. If it really bothers you so much, you can try Dermablend skin makeup. A little pricey, but will cover that right up.

i used to call those "blue butts" cause my brother had them on his butt!
why can't you use make-up? try concealer.
