yes you can...but if you ae ever planning on having a baby it will stretch and look hideaous. If you gain any weight ever or your hip widen with age...it will look bad.

Yes. It looks cheesy though and if you gain weight or get pregnant it will get stretched into a messy blob. You are better off putting it in a less pliable part of your body.

Yes although most of the ones i have seen look kinda dumb. If your a girl I wouldn't recommend it. I had a friend that did that, she got pregnant and it ruined her tattoo.

you can get a tattoo anywhere
but if you're a guy that's pretty gay and if you're a girl just don't forget what it will look like post-pregnancy!
