Firstly, just look at her ribcage (forget the breast themselves for a moment....yes I know it's hard lol). Is her ribcage small, medium or large? You can then estimate the band size by guessing how many inches approximately around the ribcage.
Then look at the breasts, how many inches do you think she is around fullest part of her bust? Then to figure out the cup size, compare the two measurements. The difference in inches between the two measurements is the cup size, I have shown how many inches difference, each cup size correlates to:
No difference = AA
1 inch = A
2 inches = B
3 inches = C
4 inches = D
5 inches = DD
So if you guessed her band size as 36 inches and you guessed her bust measurement as 40 inches, she would be a 36D. If you guessed her band size as 32 inches and her bust measurement as 35 inches, she would be a 32C. You get the idea.

The measurement of number is based on woman's measurement under the arms at the chest. The measurement of letter is based on measurement over the most protruding part of the breast - then subtract - 1 inch difference=A cup; 2 inch difference=B cup; etc. You may have to eyeball that or be able to measure it. Guessing won't work. Even women don't usually know their correct bra size and they live with their bodies 24/7.

I take it you wish to know without molesting them?
You could ask them and do the whole higher/lower thing until you are roughly in the right region!

put your hands into the bra, before doing that, put your hands in the fridge for a few minutes, she would love you more, and just tell you the size. haha.

be come good at what you see touch and look. go by foot size and how height say she's in a size 5 in foot ware and 5"5 height. age 21 ya would be looking at 38d to a 32dd.

cut them off then go to victoria secret and test them in bras. Then glue them back. P.S. Do this while they are sleeping.

try putting pens under them,
the more pencils the bigger the cup,
this theory falls through if they are flat chested and very very sweaty,
well if my sweat has anything to go by...
and body hair, it's just like velcro.
