Oh we've all been there, try getting an eye brown pencil you'll have to match the color as close to your brow color as you can and lightly go over your eyebrows you can always use the eyebrow stencils they have and also try using them as guidelines next time you pluck and you will never be faced with the question "to pluck or not to pluck" LOL Good luck on that

That's not good. Mabelline (not sure how that is spelled) sells a brow powder kit. It comes with a small angled brush. Colors are light brown, dark brown and black. Pick you color and give it a try. Don't use eyebrow pencils....these give one a harsh look as they make a straight line that's usually artificial looking. The brush kit looks more natural and gives a bit thicker brow for you. Hope this helps.

for now, get an eyebrow pencil and fill out ur eyebrows with it, and wait for it to grow out. but later, if you decide to pluck your eyebrows agian, your eyebrows should start at the sides of the nose (your nostrils), and before plucking, use an eyebrow pencil to draw what shape you would like your eyebrows to be. hope this helps!
