even though I wear bras lol and like 2 layers of clothing most of the time, my nipples still show, what can i do to make them not visible? Is there any kind of special bra I can wear? Cuz it's kind of embarassing, and I don't feel comfortable. Help!!! I don't know what to do.

I am a very active person.
But I'm really strong in the legs maybe more fat drooping down and i have REALLY skinny arms that it is just made of the flab *sigh*
I also have fast metabolism like (half) of it you could say.. I eat ALOT of junk food to gain weight more to my arms and I do many pushups a day well 20 i guess but that's alot to me.
ALL of my fat seems to go down to my legs though.

WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

I wanna know cause I have 2 differ. sunblocks, 1. 45 spf it says it works for 8 hrs( don't believe), and the 2nd 1 says 36 spf last 80 mins.. so please help me cause I'm goin 2 raging waters 2morrow

i wantto get my belly button pierced in like a week and some people say it hurts alot and some say it doesnt hurt at all so if u got ur belly button pierced then how bad did it hurt and was it worth it?also people say to clean it with salt water and i want to know if you are only sapposed to do that if its infected and does it hurt to clean it?

My skin is way too sensitive to wax or use depilatory creams. I've tried lots of different bleaches (including jolen & Walgreen's generic, etc.), and none of them work very well except Sally Hansen's (even though i have to leave it on up to an HOUR, instead of the recommended 10 minutes). Problem is, during that time, I consistently develop a headache. Anybody know of a better product/suggestions?

I always get ingrown hairs when I shave my legs. Sometimes some turn into little zits. I've tried everything; soaking in Epson salt, using a body scrub, changing shaving cream... And I cant afford laser or waxing. Help! What razor should l use? What should I do?
