No, the blood does not stink. It does not have a scent to it. It's not a lot of blood it's just like spotting. Not even enough to wear a sanitary pad. It's the tearing of the hymen that causes the bleeding, it's not like a menstural cycle.

The blood should not stink. The reason for the blood is that the penis tears a thin membrane that is attached to the vaginal wall. If there is an odor it is due to something else.
