I really want my bikini line done, my mum says not to shave it or wax it myself and says I should get it done proffesionally but I really don't want people looking down there=S. Anybody had it done? My mum says not to worry because they do it all the time but I really don't want them to do it to me ='(

I'd just go get it done by a pro. They can do such a better job than you can. You can try waxing yourself, but, why put yourself through that pain? I did for years, and it's just not worth it. They can do it with much less pain. And don't worry about them looking "down there." It's their job, and they're looking at them all day, and don't think anything of it. Plus, you're not naked. Unless you want a brazillian, then you might need to be bare, but no, if you're just getting a basic bikini, leave your undies on. But wear ones that it doesn't matter if they get wax on them, cause that might happen. Just don't wear anything too stained. That's just nasty.

I shaved mine off for a 'treat'. It worked. I am completely bald now, and it feels great. Also, I thought shaving would make it itchy (you don't want shaving rash down there)! Use a good razor and a good shave gel or something is essential. Go for it, whatever way u want and don't get embarrased. Just make sure you're clean if ur gonna have it waxed-u know what i mean!!! the prob is once u start u have to keep doin it, shaving can lead to ingrowing hairs (ouch) u could suggest to ur mom using a product like nair or veet just use on the hair u need removed not near the entrance to the vagina as it can cause a nasty reaction. best of luck

try waxing it yourself then, if its too painful try immac type wax or shave, your mum will not know if you do it will she? just remember if you do shave, keep the area moisturised, use a good razor (a new one if possible) youll prob get a little itchy after a couple of days, for the first few times, but it passes (i know)

Get it done prof, they dont mind they do it all the time, we females are all the same down there.
Dont use cream it can smudge and take the whole dam thing off, trust me it happened lolllllllll

honestly...i know people who have had it done...the place they went to just lifted up you're underwear a little...they didnt make you take it fully off... i shave but it can get bumpy or itchy soo its probably better to get it waxed
