I am a very active person.
But I'm really strong in the legs maybe more fat drooping down and i have REALLY skinny arms that it is just made of the flab *sigh*
I also have fast metabolism like (half) of it you could say.. I eat ALOT of junk food to gain weight more to my arms and I do many pushups a day well 20 i guess but that's alot to me.
ALL of my fat seems to go down to my legs though.

WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

do arm lefts with weights 3 or 5 pds when that gets to easy just up the weights or do more sets. Stop eating junk food you dont want to weight you what to and muscle.

Stick with a 3000 calorie diet. Don't eat junk food. Also you should lift some weights,3 days a week for about a half hour a day. Take in a lot of cabs too.
I had to do the same thing. I run cross country and track, play golf and basketball and high jump in track. My legs were just completely ripped and now my whole body is ripped.

well 1st of all u shouldnt eat a lot of junk food 2 make u strong! junk food just makes ur pushups harder! carbs gives u a low boost of energy @ 1st but then after it ur sluggish....well thats wut my biology teacher said this but i never really paid attention if it happens 2 me lol... but anyways u should try some pilates tapes me n my friend does it 2gether and it "tones" ur whole body and makes u more flexible and helps with endurance. just ask ur mom 2 buy u some pilates tapes and dont get the advanced cuz its hard @ 1st u have 2 start out with basics then a month l8r the advanced ain so hard....hope i helped though
