What does it have in it that is good for my skin as a face mask? What do those ingredients do for my face? How do I use it?

They are being polite...they don't want to offend you by asking you to cover your head with a paper bag- yogurt will cover your face and get the same desired results. Don't take it personally.

My good friend from India told me that. She says it is slightly acidic and will be quite effective as a mask and that it will cause the pores to be cleaner and to shrink.

Of course I've heard many things like that. Some people think you should put used teabags under the eyes to eliminate dark circles.

Frankly, I prefer to eat and drink my food instead of wearing it.

Yogurt has lactic acid in them and can cleanse your face to give you a better look.

The bacteria presents in the yogurt is good for your sking and it revitalsies your skin and gives a shiny and anti aging look.


(yogurts can be tastier -just kidding when tasted or accidentally in conact by tongue)

because i think it has a lot of vitamins and i've heard you should add some plain oatmeal and let it dry in your face ... you will feel your face so sofffftttt believe me!!
