Which do you put on or use first?

i have come across many products claiming to bo as good as bare minerals essentuals. theres bare beuaty minerals bare foundation minerals... the list goes on! my Q is are they all the same is a product of crushed minerals crushed minerals no matter what name it has, or are some better than the rest, bare minerals? i want the make up to have good coverage, feel like no makeup is on my face, and be "able to sleep in it" as they say, i know if you can sleep in it than it is good for my skin. any comments???

Pale skin, hazel eyes (As in greenish with a copper ring round the pupil, not just plain brown) and naturally dark brown hair (Currently in a mahogany crop).

Atm, I mostly wear white, orange, red and/or grey. However, I also like lilac and copper.

I bought the bare minerals kit and have been using it for 4 months now. unfortunetly my acne has not improved and even with the bisque concealer, i don't get enough coverage. and then the sparkles draw more attention to my large pores and unven skin surface (due to acne). i was looking into buying the philosophy supernatual 4 in 1, and wanted to know if anyone else has tried both, or has the same skin probelm and if there is another kind of make up you would recomend for acne. thank you! =)

My uniform is a dark shade of green all over (except for blouse which is white and black shoes) but I hate the idea of green make-up! I have fair skin and dark blonde hair. My school is OK on make-up but the rules are as follows:
light/pale foundation
clear or slightly pink lipgloss
neutral eyeshadow
dark mascara and eyeliner (applied thinly)
Can anybody suggest make-up for me to wear? Also, I don't have a lot of time in the morning so nothing to detailed please...

I mean on their receipt they say if you are not completely satisfied with your puchases, you may return it.
So I used the item and want to return it, do they take it?

Once I went to Macy's with almost-used-all serum and she said she cannot take it back since there are no more left in there but if I am not happy with the purchase, aren't they supposed to take it back as they said in the receipt? Or is it me so greedy?

So I do not know about Sephora, but they seem more easy with returning. So I was wondering if they take back any used-all purchases. And if Macy's is sypposed to do so too.
Isn't there some rights of a customer that if the reciept does not indicate the usage of products for the returning, the customer has right to get her money back?

Okay so i bought L'oreal sublime glow for fair skin tone and I also bought L'Oreal sublime bronze sunless scrub, L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Instant Tan for medium skin tone for face and L'oreal sublime bronze tinted self tanning lotion for medium skin tone.. i wanna know if i can use both (glow and bronze)? and if so, how? like first i exfoliate, then i apply the instant tan for face and then body and this goes on till i get the color i want right? and when i do get it, i start applying the glow one but also applying the bronze one once a week? hELPPP!!

I have such dry skin, that I can put moisturizer on and in an hour it is terribly dry again. I can't wear foundation becuase of it. I have pretty, healthy, clean skin, just very dry.

Do you know what kind of moisturizer would be best for this? Or even a diet supplement?

I'm aiming for staying power and a natural look. My natural eyebrow color is black and I have a skin color inbetween an olive and brown.

What eyebrow pencil and powder would you gals recommend I try?

Also what color should I be looking to buy?

I herd m-a-c has a really good eyebrow pencil but as far as brow powder goes, I am completely clueless.
