try honey. it is a natural antibacterial. so, wash ur face at night (w/ something gentle, like Cetaphil and warm water). pat dry, and then apply thin layer of Honey all over face. make sure u have a towel on ur pillow, and try not to move around while sleeping. remember, if u sleep on ur face on the pillow, dirt and bacteria gets in ur pores, so it's good to sleep on ur back anyways.
in the morning, wash w/ warm water and cetaphil. moisturize.
now, once or twice a Month, to exfoliate, get a bottle of uncoated aspirin for like $1.00 at walmart. take 4-5 pills, drip some water on top, they will soften. squirt some Cetaphil OR Honey, and mix. rub onto clean face, leave on for 30 min or longer. rinse w/ warm water, Moisturize.
good luck~

Acne is due to over activity and plugging of the oil glands. The main underlying cause of acne is increased levels of hormones during adolescence. Acne is not caused by diet. A person who has acne does not have to avoid eating fried foods, chocolates, or any other food.
Acne is not caused by sexual activity. It is not caused by dirt nor by not washing the face often enough. The tops of blackheads are black because of the chemical reaction of the oil plug with the air. Acne usually lasts until the age of 20 or sometimes 25. It is rare for acne to leave any scars, and people worry needlessly about this.
Good skin care can keep acne under control and at a mild level.
Wash the skin twice a day using a mild soap, especially after exercise. Avoid scrubbing the skin. Hard scrubbing of the skin is harmful because it irritates the openings of the oil glands and can cause them to be more tightly closed.
Avoid putting any oily or greasy substances on the face. Oily and greasy substances make acne worse by blocking oil glands. If unavoidable, use water-based cover-up cosmetics, and wash them off at bedtime.
Shampoo the hair daily. Avoid hair tonics or hair creams especially greasy ones. These substances spread to the face and aggravate the acne.
Avoid picking blackheads as this delays healing. In general, it is better not to "pop" pimples.
Exercise regularly and keep fit.
Don't stop the acne medicine too soon. It may take up to 8 weeks for a good response.

Tea tree oil (both as a facewash and oil) is brilliant. Drink plenty of water, wash your face twice a day, don't pick the spots etc All the basic stuff. If tea tree dsnt work then some say toothpaste dries sports up pretty well

try any product with % salicyclic acid - I buy one by Equate at Wal-Mart or Walgreens for about $3 - it burns but kills bacteria and dries up oil. A dermatologist is best and can prescribe a new oral antibiotic that's awesome but expensive if you don't have insurance. I've also done Accutane (from the dr) and it really works as a long term cure.

steam your face first. Then pinch the area where you want to extract the pimple. Make sure you pinch all the blood out until it becomes a clear substance. Use a good skincare regiment daily. I would also consult a dermatologist if your acne is starting to affect your daily life.

Wash your face with cetaphil, drink a lot of water and keep the face clean but not too dry. See if that helps after 1 week

When it gets really bad, I will resort to using toothpaste like Darlie to help dry out the spot. Just patch some on the spot and leave it overnight. Downside - If you are very fair, it may leave a slightly dark patch after it recovers. Then u have to pat on whitening stuff and such to get rid of it.

Some old women say that the pimples are often a result of white discharge. (due to harmones). So the young unmarried girls should not see blue films or day-dream of sex, etc, Spend your free time reading news papers, praying, or cooking etc.
& watch the results.

i use a teaspoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of cinnamon it might burn but use it once a day for 5-10 minutes.. dont use asprin, it is highly acidic... if it can tear your stomach lining it can probably tear some skin off of your face, but if you do use asprin drink lots of water after you use it...
