Pale skin, hazel eyes (As in greenish with a copper ring round the pupil, not just plain brown) and naturally dark brown hair (Currently in a mahogany crop).
Atm, I mostly wear white, orange, red and/or grey. However, I also like lilac and copper.

My avatar is a rather unclear picture of me from when I had longer hair and (very much faded!!) blue flashes.
Did I mention that my hair's in a mahogany crop atm?

There's many good answers here (I'm gonna have a tough time deciding on a best one!), but some only suggest one colour (Useful, but I don't want to wear only one colour).

If you want a really bold look, i would suggest a rich, dark brown, however, the suggested colors by makeup companies for your eye color are brown, purple, and deep khaki.
If you already have dark lashes, than curl them to enhance the shape of your eye. If your eye looks appealing, you can wear just about any color.
I would also do some research on how to apply the eyeliner to compliment the shape of your eye.
Good luck! =)

I think plum or gold eyeshadow would be pretty with your eyes, followed by dark brown eyeliner. That's what Vincent Roppatte says in his book "Cool Hair" (he's the style director of Elizabeth Arden Salons at Saks Fifth Avenue.)

Black is always a staple. With your haircolor and eyes, I would get something close but a little darker than your haircolor, that would make the eyes pop. Also I have a feeling dark emerald green would look nice. Also a Chocolate brown sounds good for you, hard to tell though if I can't see you.

i think that the green definitely helps to accentuate the green in your eyes. as would copper. and maybe try a brown, or a somewhat shiny brown? but im not too sure about the white and the grey... i wouldn't wear those with your coloring.

I recommend plum liner in the daytime and a sparkly chocolate liner in the evening. Both can be found at sephora.com for very cheap.
I also have the same coloring although I have lightened my hair a little because of being so pale.

Your lucky, with those coloured eyes and dark hair you could wear most types of eyeliner. It's blondes that have to look out because too much dark eyeliner (or mascara) can look overdone and 'sluttish'.

i would say to go with greens, coppers, plums... those shades. black woudl drown you out and so would blues and things of that nature. stick with nice shades of what i mentioned above.
